The PC Muscle Workout For the Every-Woman

By far and large the most straight forward Sex muscle workout for Women that I have ever found is – HERE – for you.

Ladies, I give my full recommendation that you at least read it over. If nothing else, I think you will find it very interesting if not easily explained and a great way to increase strength in some very important muscles with these Kegel exercises. Dedication to these exercises has a proven link to stronger or better orgasms and an increased propensity for female-ejaculation.  So the real question is- How much do you love yourself?

    Kegels are a powerful tool! They tone the vaginal muscles to prolong orgasm, and even strengthen them for childbirth. With practice, a woman will be able to compartmentalize and contract & relax different areas of her vagina. Contracting the anus (as the exercise in the link suggests) is actually a different exercise and is not part of the PC muscles. But it is an effective practice for the movement and generation of sexual energy.

    Interestingly, after the birth of my first child the midwife coerced me into doing my pelvic floor muscle exercsises (kegels) & I soon discovered that I was able to ejaculate more & more often once my muscles were toned back up!
